Valli di Comacchio — Pista Ciclabile

The cycle path above the Valli di Comacchio (a 11,000-ha brackish lagoon system in the Po Delta Park) gives a dawn circuit above the lagoons. Greater flamingo, avocet and black-winged stilt feed below the path. The eel (Anguilla anguilla) harvest in Comacchio has been a tradition since the Middle Ages — the valley weirs trap migrating eels in autumn. Almost flat — perfect for dogs and families.
