Spiaggia di Fossati
Liguria
Framura is really a scatter of five small hamlets perched on terraced slopes above a rugged coastline, and the beach at Fossati sits at the base of a narrow inlet reached by a long stairway that drops steeply from the village to the water. The cove's dark cliffs and narrow opening give it an almost fjord-like feel rare on this part of the coast. The old coastal railway tunnel path connecting Framura to Bonassola and Levanto passes just above.
