Spiaggia di Bonassola
Liguria
Bonassola sits just outside the Cinque Terre park boundary, which keeps its long sand-and-pebble beach noticeably calmer than its famous neighbours. The old coastal railway line connecting Bonassola to Framura and Levanto has been converted into a flat, tunnel-punctuated cycle and walking path carved straight through the headland cliffs. A small designated area near the eastern end welcomes dogs for a proper Ligurian sea swim.
