Sentiero della Scalaccia, Numana

The Scalaccia ("bad steps") drops off the Conero headland through Aleppo pine and broom to a quiet beach of white pebbles and clear water at the foot of the cliffs, with the "Due Sorelle" sea stacks visible along the coast. It is one of the few free, quiet beaches on this stretch.
