Sentiero della Pace — Adamello Stage

The Sentiero della Pace (Path of Peace) follows the WWI front line across the Trentino from the Stelvio to Lake Garda. The Adamello section crosses the highest WWI front in the world — soldiers fought at 3,400 m on the glacier. Military relics, dugouts and crosses mark the route.
