From Noli the "Pilgrim's Path" climbs the white limestone bluff of Capo Noli through euphorbia and pine, passing the ruined church of Santa Margherita and the Grotta dei Falsari — the "forgers' cave" — before descending to the Saracen village of Varigotti and its dark-sand beach. One of Liguria's finest short coast walks.
