Selva di Malano & the Etruscan pyramid, Bomarzo

Lazio

Away from Bomarzo's famous monster garden, the Selva di Malano hides genuine antiquity: the Sasso del Predicatore, rock-cut tombs, cup-marked stones and the "Piramide Etrusca", a large tufa boulder carved into a stairway and basins for (probably) wine offerings. Marked loops link them.
