Santuario della Madonna delle Armi & Monte Sellaro

The Santuario della Madonna delle Armi clings to a ledge at 850 m on the seaward face of the Pollino, above Cerchiara di Calabria. Beyond it a mule track climbs the grassy back of Monte Sellaro (1,439 m), from where the Sibari plain, the Ionian gulf and the Sila across the water are all laid out.
