Riserva Naturale della Val Alba, Moggio Udinese

Established after decades as a private hunting estate, the Val Alba is a deep V of beech and spruce under the crags of Monte Sernio and the Cjadinùt ridge, with roe and red deer, chamois and marmot. A forest road and paths climb from the Alba stream toward the Bella bivouac and the high pastures.
