Riserva Torre Guaceto

The Torre Guaceto marine and coastal reserve north of Brindisi protects dune lagoons, posidonia seagrass meadows and nesting loggerhead turtles. The reserve walk passes the medieval Saracen tower, reed lagoons and a sandy beach where turtles nest June–August. One of the most intact coastal ecosystems in the south.
