Bolgheri — Viale dei Cipressi & the WWF oasis

A dead-straight 5 km avenue of some 2,500 cypresses runs from the oratory of San Guido to the walls of Bolgheri village, immortalised in Carducci's poem — walkable or cyclable, with the Super Tuscan vineyards on either side. Nearby, the Bolgheri WWF oasis protects a coastal marsh and pinewood behind the dunes.
