Riserva Naturale dell'Adelasia, Cairo Montenotte

The Adelasia reserve protects one of the most extensive forests in the region, planted and managed from the early 1900s, on the watershed between the Bormida and the sea. Wide forest roads and paths lead through beech, fir and Douglas stands to the Adelasia waterfall, old charcoal platforms and a herd of fallow deer.
