Rifugio Auronzo — Tre Cime Circuit

The circuit around the Tre Cime di Lavaredo (circuit from Rifugio Auronzo, 2,333 m) is the most-visited walk in the Dolomites and possibly all Italy — yet it retains its power. The north faces of the three towers (Cima Grande 2,999 m, Cima Ovest, Cima Piccola) are sheer 500 m walls. The full circuit takes 3 hours on a well-marked path. Dogs on leash are welcome on all sections.
