Piramidi di Segonzano

Trentino-Alto Adige

Rain has sculpted the glacial moraine below Segonzano into a forest of columns — some over 20 m tall — each protected from washing away by the stone on its head. A signed loop climbs through chestnut wood past three groups of them, with the Dolomites of Brenta closing the view up the valley.
