A little gondola from Versasio lifts you to the Piani d'Erna at 1,300 m, a grassy shelf of hay meadows and refuges right below the sawtooth Resegone ridge. Easy loops cross the pasture with Lake Como and the Grigne opposite; the harder path climbs on to the Resegone summit.
