Piancavallo & Monte Tremol

Piancavallo is a small mountain resort at 1,300 m on the edge of the Dolomiti Friulane. Above it, paths climb through beech and mountain pine to Monte Tremol and the Casere Caseratte, a grassy crest from which — on clear days — you see the whole Friuli plain, the lagoon and the sea.
