Val Bregaglia — Soglio Panorama Walk

The Val Bregaglia above Chiavenna carved through some of the most dramatic granite scenery in the Alps. The village of Soglio above the valley is famous as Giovanni Segantini's painting location. The granite spires (Sciora group, Badile) are visible from the village. The chestnut groves on the Italian side produce the renowned 'castagne della Bregaglia'. Dogs welcome on all village paths.
