Parco Regionale Migliarino San Rossore Massaciuccoli north of Pisa includes San Rossore (the Italian presidential estate) — a coastal forest of stone pine, maritime pine and holm oak with wild boar, roe deer and fallow deer. The Arno and Serchio rivers meet the sea here. Percy Bysshe Shelley drowned in the Lerici-Livorno crossing in 1822 and his body was cremated on this beach. Dogs on leash.
