The Parco della Rimembranza on the Colle della Maddalena above Turin is a forested hill park with roe deer, fox and wild boar living within the city limits. The panorama from the summit hill (715 m) shows Turin below with the full Alpine arc from Monte Rosa to Monviso. The park connects to the Po riverside park below. Roe deer are regularly seen from the trails, even on weekday mornings.
