Nuraghe Santu Antine, Torralba

Santu Antine ("sa domo de su Re") is a trilobate nuraghe whose central tower still stands some 17 m high over a maze of corbelled chambers, stairs and a courtyard, built without mortar around 1600 BC. The Meilogu plain around Torralba holds one of the densest concentrations of nuraghi anywhere.
