Capo Vaticano — Nicotera Coastal Trail

The coastal path between Capo Vaticano and Nicotera Marina on Calabria's Tyrrhenian coast follows a section with almost no development — granite headlands, sea stacks and maquis above water visible to 20 m. The Aeolian Islands (Stromboli, Vulcano) are clearly visible. The path is used almost exclusively by locals. The sea temperature reaches 28°C in August.
