The Sartorius craters are an "botton-hole" chain of grassy-black cones left by an 1865 eruption, easily walked from the Rifugio Citelli road on a signed loop through Etna birch (endemic), pine and Genista. Wide views over the Alcantara valley and the Peloritani.
