Monti Lepini — Monte Semprevisa

Lazio

The Monti Lepini are a compact limestone range between Rome and Naples, barely visited despite their dramatic ridges. Monte Semprevisa (1,536 m) is the highest point, reached through holm oak and beech. The summit reveals Rome and the Castelli Romani to the north, the Pontine Plain and the Tyrrhenian to the south.
