The Sentiero No. 1 (Alta Via delle Cinque Terre) traverses the ridge crest above the five villages, offering a completely different perspective to the crowded Sentiero Azzurro below. The high path passes through vineyards, lighthouse points and open ridge before descending to each village. Much less crowded and more demanding.
