Monte Stella (1,131 m) rises alone between the Alento valley and the sea, its slopes terraced with olives and chestnut and its summit holding the sanctuary of the Madonna della Stella and a bronze statue. Paths climb from Perdifumo, San Mauro Cilento or Sessa Cilento with the whole Cilento coast in view.
