The road from Lanzo d'Intelvi ends just below the summit of Sighignola, whose Italian face drops sheer to Lake Lugano. A short path reaches the "Balcone d'Italia" terrace and the paragliding launch, with Lugano at your feet and the Monte Rosa massif straight ahead.
