Terme di San Giuliano — Monte Pisano Walk

The Terme di San Giuliano Terme near Pisa have been a spa since Roman times — Napoleon, Shelley, Paganini and Leopoldo II of Tuscany all used the springs. The lower slopes of Monte Pisano above the spa town have holm oak and chestnut forest with peregrine falcon and goshawk. The walk through the Monte Pisano regional park gives views over the Arno plain and the Pisan hills.
