Monte Galero (1,708 m) is one of the highest and most remote summits of the Ligurian Apennine. The summit cross overlooks a panorama that on exceptional days includes Corsica to the south, the Maritime Alps to the west, the Apennines in all directions and the coast glittering below. Very few walkers.
