From Pra Martino above Cumiana marked paths climb through chestnut and pine, past the climbers' crags of the Tre Denti, to the open rock summit of Monte Freidour at 1,451 m. The Pinerolo plain, the Turin sprawl and the whole Cottian Alps chain from Monviso to Rocciamelone lie spread below.
