Monte Coscerno, Valnerina

From Gavelli or Monte Fienile a path climbs beech forest and then wide open pasture to the rounded crest of Monte Coscerno, grazed by horses and cattle. The summit gives a rare all-round Umbrian panorama — the Sibillini, the Terminillo, the Marmore country and the Valnerina villages far below.
