From the Laceno plateau a path climbs through vast beech woods to the bare grassy dome of Cervialto, whose karst flanks hold the aquifer that the Apulian Aqueduct taps at Caposele. The summit gives a huge view over Irpinia, the Sele valley and, on clear days, both seas.
