From Passo della Crocetta above Serina the path climbs pasture and scree to the base of the Alben, then follows an airy ridge with a few chained steps over its rocky summits at around 2,020 m. The dolomitic rock, edelweiss and a big Orobie-and-plain panorama make it a Bergamo classic.
