Lago Trasimeno — Isola Maggiore

The ferry to Isola Maggiore takes 15 minutes and reaches an island of 30 inhabitants, ancient olive trees, a Franciscan friary and a lace-making tradition dating to 1902 when Queen Margherita visited.
