From Passo Tre Croci a balcony path (trail 215) traverses scree and a few cabled steps to the shore of Lago di Sorapis at 1,925 m, its extraordinary turquoise colour set against the Dito di Dio spire and the Sorapis walls. Very busy in summer — go early or late.
