Lago di Fiastra (660 m) in the Monti Sibillini foothills is a reservoir with exceptional clarity — the Fiastrone river cuts a deep canyon below the dam (Gola dell'Infernaccio). Osprey fishes in spring and autumn migration. Kingfisher on every cove. The Sibillini ridge above closes the southern horizon. Wild boar and roe deer in the surrounding oak forest. Dogs welcome on the circuit.
