Oasi WWF Lago dell'Angitola

The Angitola dam has created a shallow lake fringed with willow, eucalyptus and reed that draws ospreys, herons, cormorants and thousands of wintering ducks; it is a Ramsar site and WWF oasis. A flat path with observation points circles part of the shore, with the Serre hills behind.
