The Isola di Dino off Praia a Mare has a series of spectacular sea caves — the Grotta Azzurra (Blue Grotto) comparable to the Capri version, the Grotta della Colomba (Dove Cave) and several unmarked caves on the west face. The island is a marine reserve. Sea kayak or boat from Praia a Mare (10 minutes). Fin whale and bottlenose dolphin in the Calabria-Sicily channel outside.
