Dolomiti Lucane

The Dolomiti Lucane near Pietrapertosa and Castelmezzano are a surreal landscape of grey rock spires rising from forested slopes. The two villages are built directly into the rock — Castelmezzano carved into a cliff, Pietrapertosa perched on a pinnacle 1,088 m high. The 'Flight of the Angel' zipline between them is optional.
