Deruta — Museo della Ceramica & Belvedere

Deruta has produced hand-painted maiolica ceramics since at least the 14th century, its main streets still lined with working potters' studios. The belvedere at the edge of the old town gives a view down over the Tiber valley toward Todi, a quieter counterpart to the busier shopping streets below.
