Cava Grande di Rosolini (Cava Prainito)

The Prainito stream has cut a green ravine through the Iblei plateau, poplar and oleander along the water and the pale cliffs above pocked with rock-cut tombs, granaries and the frescoed Grotta dei Santi. A path follows the canyon floor between Rosolini and the coast plain.
