Rocca di Gradara & the wall walk

Marche

Gradara's crenellated keep and two rings of walls, restored in the early 20th century, guard a tiny intact medieval borgo. The "camminamento di ronda" along the outer wall gives a circuit view over the Foglia valley, the Montefeltro hills and, a few kilometres off, the Adriatic.
