Cascata Muru Mannu, Montevecchio

The Rio Piscinas cuts through the abandoned lead-and-zinc mining district of Montevecchio-Ingurtosu, and where it drops over a granite step the Muru Mannu falls into a pool ringed by oleander. Tracks from the ghostly mine villages of Naracauli or Gennas Serapis lead there, continuing to the great dunes at Piscinas.
