Cascata del Rio Re a Gorzano
Emilia-Romagna
Fed by streams draining the ridge near Alpe di Succiso and Monte Cimone, this fall drops in a long series of cascades through a steep, wooded ravine above the hamlet of Gorzano. It's little-known outside hiking circles but is regularly cited as one of the highest cumulative-drop waterfalls in the region, running strongest after spring snowmelt.
