Cala dell'Acquaviva
Puglia
Wedged between pale cliffs on the Gargano promontory, this small beach takes its name from the freshwater trickling down the rock even in the height of summer, noticeably colder than the surrounding sea. It's reachable by a steep path or, more commonly, by the small boats that ferry visitors along this stretch of coast.
