Emilia-Romagna
Brisighella sits at the foot of the "Vena del Gesso" ridge, its skyline pierced by three crags: the 14th-century Rocca Manfrediana, the Torre dell'Orologio and the Monticino sanctuary. Below, the raised, half-covered Via degli Asini once housed the donkey-drivers who carried gypsum and chalk.
