The Pieve del Tho, parts of which may date to the 5th century, sits isolated by the Lamone river below Brisighella, built on the site of an earlier pagan temple to the god Theutan. A flat countryside path follows the river out from town to reach it, well away from Brisighella's better-known central sights.
