Above Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where the Sorrento peninsula narrows to its slenderest point, Vetice's beech and chestnut wood climbs the ridge that gives the town its name. Clearings in the wood open onto alternating views of Capri and the Bay of Naples on one side, the Amalfi coast on the other.
