Bosco di Cerano, Brindisi

The Bosco di Cerano covers several square kilometres of maquis and pine behind the dunes between San Pietro Vernotico and the Torre Guaceto buffer — holm oak, mastic, myrtle and rare Aleppo-pine stands, with cistus in flower in spring. Flat sandy tracks and firebreaks cross it to the shore.
