Bosco della Panfilia, Sant'Agostino

The Bosco della Panfilia survives on the flood terrace inside a bend of the Reno at Sant'Agostino — pedunculate oak, elm, white poplar and a spring undergrowth of snowdrop, lungwort and violet. Flat grassy paths cross it, and a "sagra del tartufo" every autumn celebrates the truffles it still produces.
