The last surviving fragments of the great Valli di Ostellato marsh, drained in the 19th century, form a string of shallow lagoons and reed islands with a flat 6 km nature trail, hides and a visitor centre. Herons, marsh harriers, bee-eaters and wintering ducks use the water.
